Join us in celebrating the vibrant spirit of agriculture AGT!
This competition isn’t just about showcasing the talent of our agricultural workers—it’s about recognizing their immense contributions to our sector and our nation. Over the past decade, Agri’s Got Talent has shattered stereotypes, revealing the boundless creativity and skill within the farming community. We know that our agricultural workers are more than just their day-to-day tasks; they are incredibly talented individuals with passions and abilities waiting to be unleashed.
AGT is your chance to shine! Open to all South African farm workers in the deciduous fruit, citrus, and wine industries, this competition offers an unparalleled opportunity for personal and professional growth. The top 10 finalists will embark on a transformative journey during a week of intensive training in the picturesque Western Cape. Not only will they receive expert voice and social media coaching, but they’ll also undergo glamorous makeovers and indulge in self-care packages.
However, the real magic lies in the self-development workshops led by accredited social workers. These sessions are designed to boost confidence, enhance self-worth, and equip participants with essential soft skills such as conflict resolution, time management, and financial literacy—tools that will serve them well in any future endeavor.
Picture yourself on stage, captivating a live audience and impressing a panel of esteemed judges. The grand finale promises an electrifying atmosphere as the Top Ten finalists showcase their talents in two unforgettable performances. This gala event isn’t just about crowning a winner—it’s about celebrating the incredible journey of each participant and the collective spirit of our farming community.
Past AGT galas have brought together entire farming communities, fostering a sense of unity and pride as colleagues cheer on their peers. Now, it’s your turn to take center stage and showcase your talent to the world. We can’t wait to witness the magic you’ll bring to AGT 2024.
